Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance-Electric P56X4072P-FC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asml products, including obsoleted and phased-out Associated-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Robicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asml such as the 40224861808 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 02100A13 manufactured by Associated-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Associated-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A5E01648776 by Manufacturer Robicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Atb Brand SRBU0092B31R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Astrosyn such as 34PMC20801 equipment made by Astrosyn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astrosyn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astrosyn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AOPT350 made by Asys as well as the popular T1PQ3DGAXX original spares produced by Alcatel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325A348A20PX by Atc and 34PMC20801 spares by Astrosyn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 86LB01F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Athena.
